Shipping Policy
Liftcel ships internationally to select countries. We continually review and adjust our list of available regions based on legal, logistical, and commercial considerations. Certain regions, including India and any jurisdiction under restriction or sanction, are excluded from our service network.
Processing and Handling
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, Liftcel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier logistics, or uncontrollable events.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are handled through verified carriers. Liftcel is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. Claims for damaged or lost packages must be submitted to the carrier directly.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation, including electronic tracking updates, constitutes proof of delivery. Liftcel will not reissue, reship, or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Policy Updates
Liftcel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue shipping to any destination at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
