"Products" means premium pet accessories and related products offered for sale.

"Order" means your purchase request submitted through our Services.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is placed

  • In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund

5.3 Product Availability

  • Products are subject to availability and may sell out at any time

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice

  • If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only upon shipment and dispatch of a shipping confirmation.

We may require additional verification or information before processing orders.

6.2 Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

  • We accept payments through PayPal

  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order

6.3 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Inability to verify customer information

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at liftcel@outlook.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Policy

  • We provide worldwide shipping except to India.

  • Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

7.3 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered by the carrier.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers are not our responsibility.

7.4 Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information.

8. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for complete details. Key points include:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from date of delivery

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date

  • Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Return processing takes 4–5 business days

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

All Content on our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, brand elements, product images and descriptions, website design and layout, graphics, software, and code, are owned by or licensed to Liftcel and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of our Services or Content.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our Services

  • Use our Content for any commercial purposes without express written permission

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices

  • Use any automated systems including robots, spiders, or scrapers to access our Services

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services

  • Frame or mirror any part of our Services without our prior written authorization

  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written permission

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products without written authorization

  • Use the Services in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

11. Authenticity Guarantee

Liftcel guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic premium pet accessories. We source our products exclusively from authorized suppliers and manufacturers. Any claims regarding product authenticity must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

12. Product Condition and Quality

12.1 New Products

All products sold are brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description. Products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality standards.

12.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Claims made after 48 hours may not be honored. Defective products include manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or items that do not match the product description.

12.3 Normal Wear and Tear

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFTCEL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER TORTS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT LIFTCEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
